Refund Policy – Registrant Cancellations
Registration deposits are fully refundable up to 45 days prior to program date for any reason whatsoever. Resulting from the forward planning relationships that Business Coaching Practitioners (BCP) maintains with its facilities providers, once program participations are confirmed; the registration deposit is non-refundable.
Should the occasion arise that you are unable to attend a scheduled program where you have confirmed seating; BCP will credit the total of all payments, (Tuition and Registration deposit portions) toward another of its scheduled RCC training programs, provided this occurs within a subsequent twelve-month period.
Alternatively, you may choose a refund, in which case BCP will refund 90% of the tuition portion of your payment. In any event, resulting from the forward planning relationships that BCP maintains with its facilities providers, should you choose a refund, the registration deposit portion of your payment is non-refundable.
Refund Policy – Program Postponements
In the event that Business Coaching Practitioners cancels a scheduled program, confirmed participants will have the opportunity to attend any other of its scheduled programs, in which case BCP will credit the total of all payments, (Tuition and Registration deposit portions) toward another of its scheduled RCC Training programs.
Alternatively, Business Coaching Practitioners will honor all requests from confirmed participants for a full refund of all payments (Tuition and Registration deposit portions).
Admission Denied
Should any application be denied, BCP will return (within 5 business days), any registration deposit it has received.
